This usability study examined how specific user personas interact with ClioVis software, focusing on individual use of the timeline feature and how new users interpret both content and design.
Testing revealed a clear range in task difficulty. Task 2 was completed fastest, indicating strong intuitiveness, while Task 8 posed the greatest challenge due to filtering issues and unclear button labeling. Tasks 4 and 9 fell in the middle, requiring users to pause and interpret before acting.
