I was a part of a collaborative design team and tasked with elevating this event’s visual identity beyond what had been done in previous years.

This event needed to feel distinct and elevated while remaining connected to the parent brand. It also had to speak equally to two very different audiences: students discovering their futures and industry professionals deciding whether to partner, sponsor, or exhibit.

Starting from the TechFestLive logo, I developed a brand system built around a tech-forward visual language. The dot-matrix, LED-style typography was an intentional reference to digital displays and the aesthetic of technology itself. A dark background palette with a high-contrast green accent gave the system a premium, stage-ready feel that could command attention on social media while still feeling credible to professional audiences. The goal was to ground the event visually in the world it was promoting.

Working within that system, I designed a suite of promotional assets including an event announcement poster, an exhibitor registration graphic, and a volunteer recruitment post, which were all developed ahead of venue confirmation under an evolving creative brief. I also created a sponsor, partner, and exhibitor announcement template that the client adopted and continues to use actively across their social channels.
